Your final results, OPs and FPs will be available in your learning account from 9 am on Saturday 16 December 2017. To check your results, log into your learning account with your 10-digit Learner Unique Identifier (LUI) and password. If you haven’t logged into your learning account before, you will need to complete the account activation process.
Depending on Australia Post delivery times in your area, you should receive your Senior Education Profile in the post from Monday 18 December 2017.
If you haven’t received your results in the post by 27 December 2017, email firstname.lastname@example.org stating that your Senior Education Profile has not arrived. Give your name, address, school, LUI and date of birth. You will be emailed a form to complete. Post the completed form to: QCAA, PO Box 307, Spring Hill QLD 4004.
If you have not received your certificate or if it was damaged when it arrived, email your name, date of birth, address, school and LUI to email@example.com stating that your certificate has not arrived or was damaged. We will send you an application form for a replacement certificate.
Applications for replacement certificates received before Thurssday 28 February 2018 will be processed free of charge.
To get your results or any of the information on your Senior Statement, QCE or Tertiary Entrance Statement checked, complete and return the Application for verification or review of information form sent to you with your Senior Education Profile to QCAA, PO Box 307, Spring Hill QLD 4004 with the $51.70 application fee before Monday 8 January 2018.
